Noise Job

God kill this doldrum. I know to play guitar will help. Just need some form of vision. Improvisation sounds good. I like the stuff awashed in static. But maybe some more metallic backgrounds over a story. Also, the whole narrative of some event is kind of over done. Or i just can’t synthesize something right now.

 

Also the short film. Fuck i hope its not cliche. I think i need to write that. My short film. Ok. fuck it.

Maybe some mandolin tremolo?

 

I hope there’s a good reception with the noise stuff i sent to the paraguay guys. Noise. More noise maybe. or less.

Yesterday and Today

Yesterday I made some music with a very capable drummer. Wants that hard hitting stuff, but I always feel so inadequate playing guitar. Doing mandolin last night felt so much better, more knowledge of what chord made what.

It just gets annoying to not know about riffing. I am bad at it. I have to admit that to myself. It’s not all bad, there are some good moments. Just have to practice more and more. Plus, it was all improvisational. So I cannot expect an amazing tune to just pop out of nowhere. In fact, for pure improvisation, there are some good moments.

 

My yelling is very different. My voice is too. One song about staring the Beatles down was interesting.

 

More practice. Also, write a movie script or something. Some sort of project. Maybe a podcast.
